Hartford Ballroom's December Dance Events!

Happy Holidays everyone!

I'm a little late with this post, but hey, better late than never!  Because of the holidays, some lessons and some dances have been cancelled, but we also have our New Year's Eve party!  So here's the rundown of cancellations and dance socials:



Hartford Ballroom Dance Events:
December 6: Milonga with Orquesta Sin Trabajo!
7:30 lesson, 8:30 p.m.-2:30 a.m. milonga and music
$5 lesson, $25 at the door

December 7: Argentine Tango Workshop With Nate Evans
1 p.m.: Leader Technique (followers take this class free!)
2 p.m.: Follower Technique (leaders take this class free!)
3 p.m.: Milonga Musicality
4 p.m.: one hour practice
$10 general, $5 student (with I.D.)
December 13: 2nd Saturday Dance Social
7:30 lesson, 8 p.m. open dance
$10

December 19: 3rd Friday Beginner's Dance Social
7:30 lesson, 8 p.m. open dance
$10

December 31: Hartford Ballroom's Annual New Year's Eve Party!
8 p.m.-?
$15
Come join us for food, fun, and even fireworks!  This is a potluck event complete with champagne, New Year's Eve party favors, and we'll even have a view of the Hartford fireworks at midnight!  It'll be a wonderful night of dancing and fun!
E-mail Mark or Janice if you plan on bringing food so we don't end up with 50 cheese platters. :)

Holiday Cancellations:
These are the lessons and dances that we are cancelling because of the holiday season.  Some things might change, so check again later in the month when things are more set in stone.

Wednesday, December 24th: 
no private lessons.  Please DO NOT set up an appointment for this date!

Thursday, December 25th: 
Christmas Day, no group classes or private lessons.

Friday, December 26th (Salsa Night): 
Dance cancelled

Sunday, December 28th: 
Group Classes cancelled.  Private lessons still on if you want them.

Monday, December 29th: 
Group Classes cancelled.  Private lessons still on if you want them.
